Upon entering this room, you gasp in horror at the sight before your
eyes.  There is blood all over the floor, and various organs, body parts,
and corpses are piled everywhere.  On a table in the center of the room are
a number of implements of sacrifice, their blades still wet with blood.  You
decide that exiting through the tunnel to the south might be a good idea.
