The ground in this large room is streaked with blood and gore, and you
notice that there is a pentagram chalked in the center of the floor.  Upon
closer examination, you discover several sets of huge footprints that are
imprinted right into the stone floor.  You wonder what could have made such
tracks, and decide that you might want to follow the passage to the
northwest rather than find out.
