One of New Rigel's most popular restaurants, The Upper Crust draws
visitors from all over Sepharia.  Many of the best chefs in town work here,
preparing fine meals for the patrons.  Reservations usually need to be
placed several days in advance, since the tables are virtually always full. 
Although the food is expensive, it is well worth the price.
