Wharf Street is a wide street that has been paved with the planks of
wrecked ships.  Here the smell of salt water is prominent and sea gulls are
flying overhead looking for a quick snack.  The waves crash up against the
road to the north where the beach has been washed away.  South is the town
treasury, where taxes are collected and stored for Baron Rothchild.  Wharf
Street continues to the east and west.  The remains of a hastily constructed
sandbag seawall is to the north.
