Wharf Street is a wide street paved with the planks from wrecked ships
that runs east to west.  Here the smell of salt water is prominent and sea
gulls fly overhead looking for a quick and easy snack.  Wharf Street
overlooks Treasure Bay to the north while shops and shacks line the southern
side of the street.  Raff's Maps is to the south Raff has collected maps
from all over the world and now sells them to those that have need of them. 
The remains of a hastily constructed sandbag seawall is to the north.  
A vagrant sits here begging for help from those who pass by.
