Hazard Road is the southernmost street in town and runs east to west.  It
is the newest street in town and has not yet needed repairs and is free of
potholes.  It is also the most remote street in town and does not have many
homes or shops along it.  This section of the street does not have any homes
of shops along it.  The street continues to the east and west.
