You have entered the Practice Room of the Pirate's Cove Guildhall, a
spacious area below the guild hall.  The walls are padded with thick,
greyish colored soft cloth and imbued with very powerful protective wards
and spells, so as to withstand the mishaps of training and thus prevent any
unfortunate injuries.
Here stands a guildmaster, ready to teach adventurers.
