The town hall of Pirate's Cove is a small, unused, dilapidated old
building.  It was once used for town meetings, but few of those are held
now.  Despite its appearance, the town hall is still pretty sturdy, so if it
is needed, it could be used for emergencies.  Currently just cast-offs and
assorted odds and ends are stored here for later use by those who are in
need.
