Golden Boulevard is a narrow way covered in a golden sand that runs north
to the pier and south, through the center of town, to the edge of town. 
Many a foolish sailor has assumed that the sand here contained real gold,
only to be seriously disappointed.  However, sailors from everywhere flock
to Pirate's Cove because of the legends saying that it is real. 
A janitor is cleaning up here.
A hired thug lunges towards you, but you dodge out of the way.
