As you step into this room, you are forced to hold your nose to block out
the horrible smell.  The ground is covered with dead and decaying plant and
animal matter, and you wonder who would be sick enough to gather it all into
one place.  You decide to move on as quickly as possible to avoid being sick
to your stomach.  There is a small tunnel to the west.
