Smuggler's Way is an east/west road that is filled with all types of
people and many nooks and crannies where business can be conducted
privately.  Smugglers and other miscreants use this street so much to make
arrangements that it was named for them.  Many ship captains and their crews
come to this street to refit their ships, or visit the many shops here.  The
town sherrif's office is to the north; many sailors find themselves here
before they leave port.
