This medium-sized room, with its smooth stone walls, looks a lot like the
rest of the chambers you've seen in the area.  However, the floor is
especially rocky, and there are many cracks and crevasses in the ground. 
You notice that some of the holes are covered with strange white webs, and
  You can see the faint red outline of something moving around the area.
