This room is small and has a stairwell leading down to the holding cells
for the worst criminals in Pirate's Cove.  There is a small oil lantern
hanging from the celing giving off a small amount of light.  The walls are
made from stone, and are damp to the touch.  A door leads back to the
sheriff's office.
