As you step into this room, you are forced to hold your nose to block out
the horrible smell.  It seems that this place is the dumping ground for the
waste of a vast number of creatures, and you have seldom seen a more
disgusting sight.  In order to cross the room you will have to wade through
the filth, and you seriously consider just leaving through the tunnel to the
south instead.
