Peering through a smoky haze you scan your surroundings.  The Snake Pit
is one of Kulah's less respectable drinking establishments.  Here locals
drink themselves into a state of paralysis and wanderers from distant lands
gather to recall war stories.  Sturdy oak tables and stools are securely
bolted to the blood stained floorboards.  A narrow staircase on the far side
of the tavern leads downwards into a dark cellar and south of here is the
Path of the Divine.
An iguana barkeep is here, mopping blood off the floor.
