You are in the mausoleum at the dead center of the High Seas Cemetary. 
The stones here are very cold and seem to infect your very bones with their
chill.  There are two iron doors, one to the east, and one to the west,
preserving the silence here.  Cool air seeps into the room from the
staircase in the center of the room.  Presumably, the staircase leads down
to the catacombs.
