The source of the River Gnak is a narrow inlet, the beginning of the
river's short journey toward the falls.  Clutching desperately to tree roots
as you rush past, you find yourself swept downstream by the raging current. 
Finally you stop resisting and allow yourself to flow with the current,
bobbing about like driftwood in the angry waters.  
     An unusually-colored swamp flower is growing here.
    You sense a hidden life form in the area.
