You are drifting in the dark and unwelcoming water of Arcane Ocean, near
the desolate western shore of Heresy.  The water is all of a sudden very
violent, luckily for you, you're this close to the shore.  You wonder if
anyone was meant to step foot on this land at all.  Above you are the
rotting boards which make up Heresy Harbour.  
A curious dolphin swims nearby, approaching you without fear.
