You stand upon a steep slope strewn with rocks.  Above you an unforgiving
looking trail leads towards the city of Heresy and west from here stands all
that is left of Heresy's Harbour.  The waves still pound heavily upon the
broken boards of the harbour, and a light mist sprays up between them.
