A Path Through the Forest                              -      -     NE

This path leads through a dark, underground forest.  The ground is worn
down, and on each side of you the forest gets darker and darker.  The trees
growing here have black leaves, and hang over the path.  Because it is so
dark, the ceiling is not visible, but you can tell that it must be fairly
far up from where you stand.  To the northeast is more of the path, and to
the west is a small cave.
