This room has a giant circle cut into the ground.  There are stakes
buried in the ground around the edge of the circle, and large fires
continually burning in the corners of the room.  The air is hazy from the
fragrant smoke, but you can make out a strange altar to the north.  Smaller
rooms are to the northeast and northwest, and an antechamber is to the
south.
