This is the post office where letters and packages can be mailed.  It is
one stop in the mystical Alyrian postal system; all letters and packages
seem to find the intended recipient with incredible accuracy and speed. 
Stamps, parchment, and pens can also be purchased here.  A cluttered mess of
packages and envelopes is all over the counter, while several bags of
unsorted mail are by the door.
