Several small patches of grass here have managed to survive the constant
passing of the hill giant miners.  Rocks of all sizes cover the ground
having fallen from the tall rocky cliff above.  What most people would
consider a dangerous leap; the hill giants have constructed a ten foot drop
into a dirty iron mine below.  Through a cloud of dust and dirt, a few
torches can be seen as the attempt to light the mine through the debris.  To
the northwest the grass is much greener and the air much cleaner.  A
ridiculously tall tent stands to the west but there seems to be no way to
enter it from this side.  To the northeast, a treacherous cliff leads up to
another plateau in the hills.
