Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside is the tall stone wall defining
the municipality while a variety of small businesses and homes dot the
inside of the long, jagged road.  Here the road crosses the Tantaa River,
which cuts across the town to the southwest.  
     A tiny yellow feather floats along in the breeze.
A seedy character sits against a building watching all those that pass by.
