Finally you have swam from the icy depths of the freezing river.  Soaked
to the skin with freezing water, and ice covering some of your armor, a
refuge is found on this gravel covered beach.  Far underground, the echoes
of huge creatures nearby chill you even more.  The walls are a solid black
granite, and more strange runes have been carved into the wall.  To the
North is an icy cavern, to the east is a tall pillar of flames.  To the west
is a rushing river full of ice.  
     A large obsidian altar is covered in blood.
