You are on a long, narrow balcony just outside the Guest Bedroom of the
Rothchild Mansion.  The western side of the balcony is the wall of the
bedroom, while the eastern side has a flimsy-looking brass railing supported
by delicate-looking glass pillars to keep the Baron's guests from
accidentally falling into the courtyard below.  Looking eastward, across the
courtyard, you can see another balcony, almost identical to this one.  You
can reenter the bedroom to the east; the balcony continues to the south.  
A servant is doing his chores here.
