This drab and stuffy building is home to the locker rental facility of
Decara.  The entire room is filled with rows of lockers, with only narrow
aisles in between allowing passage.  This looks like a very safe place to
store your equipment, except there don't seem to be any available spaces on
this floor.  A ladder leads down to the basement, perhaps you will have more
luck there.
