Because of the extreme lack of resources that has plagued Decara for so
many years, it is very difficult for the residents to construct anything but
the most basic of instruments.  However, the study of music itself is still
alive and well, and the texts sold here may contain information that has
been lost to the rest of the world.  You can see a small stage through the
door to the east, and the street is back to the south.  
     A full black food bowl has the name 'Snarlpanther' written on the side.
