This room looks very similar to the consulation rooms to the west, but it
is only used for private meetings.  Usually, citizens who are working for
Lord Glomus come here to recieve orders or inside information that other
residents are not aware of.  While doing Lord Glomus' bidding might help
some people get ahead, they still must live with their evil deeds.
