The Watering Hole is a seedy little bar, that also sells its drinks to
go.  Many of its patrons prefer to take their drinks and go because the
bartender tends to regail anyone within earshot with stories of the region,
local lore, the latest gossip, and tales of his youth.  The exit to the
south leads to Hazard Road.
