This narrow little passageway doesn't look like it gets used very much. 
As you stand here, you notice several citizens and even a few cityguards
passing down the street to the east without even seeming to notice the
tunnel.  You wonder why this part of town gets so little attention, and
decide that it might be interesting to see what lies to the west.
