This spacious office is itself larger than many of the other buildings
you've seen in town.  The walls are decorated with the official laws and
regulations of Decara, along with citations of merit that have been
presented to various cityguards.  The sergeant, who is in charge of keeping
the police force in line, stores many of his important files here.  You will
be lucky if you find him here, since he is often out supervising the actions
of his troops.
