As you emerge from the tunnel, you find yourself standing at the edge of
a large plateau.  A carefully designed street runs off to the west, and you
can see a few houses built along its side.  The homes here are quite large,
especially in comparison to the ones you've seen elsewhere in town.  This
section of the city must not be under Lord Glomus' control, and you wonder
exactly who is in charge here.
