Under the Pier NW N NE (-------------------------------------------------) W <---(M)---> E - - - The sand under the pier is very cold to the touch. The sunlight is peeking through some cracks in the decrepit old, storm wrecked of a pier overhead but is too little to heat up the sand. Off to the northeast, north, and northwest, the water laps gently against the shore, and the beach extends off to the east and west.
