Treasure Bay is full of history and mystery.  The legends say that
somewhere beneath the depths lies a very powerful monster that guards a
treasure of dreams.  The waves in the bay are gentle but steady.  A slight
breeze blows over the waves and carries the smell of the sea with it.  The
water stretches off to the north, west, and south.  A large net impedes your
travel east as the locals prevent shipping from entering the bay here.  A
sand bar has gathered around the net to the southeast.
