Treasure Bay is full of history and mystery.  The legends say that
somewhere beneath the depths lies a very powerful monster that guards a
treasure of dreams.  The waves in the bay are gentle but steady.  A slight
breeze blows over the waves and carries the smell of the ocean with it.  The
bay continues to the east and south.  A large net impedes your travel north
as the locals protect shipping from entering the bay here.
