Looking Down at the Lake - - - (-------------------------------------------------) W <---(M)---> - - S - The canyon seems to stop here, far below you hear the roar of the river rush through the canyon as the water of the lake joins it. The lake itself is directly parallel to the canyon river, that is from here they seem to be on the same level. The lake reflects beautifully in the light, several smaller waterfalls feed the stream which in turn feeds the lake. The castle walls are built in such a way that from the top of the east part of the castle wall to the shore of the lake a straight drop ensues. What at first might appear to be the weaker spot of the castle is actually the strongest. The walls of the castle must be at least 250 feet high; that with the sheer side of the cliff make it an almost impossible 1000 feet high! Way over in the eastern part of the valley you spot a cascading waterfall, the thing that makes it different from the others is that from here you can clearly see the path that has been cleverly worn up to it.. Now why would someone build a path to the waterfall?
