A long row of cells line the wall to the north.  Unlike the cells in
other areas these doors appear to be locked.  A quick try of the latch
proves they are locked tight, and a light blue aura surrounding the lock
gives evidence of magical means.  The air here is easier to breath since the
stench is not as pervasive.
