You have fallen face first into the largest pile of fecal waste you have
ever laid eyes on.  The smell makes you instantly vomit, which in turn
causes a giant otyugh to emerge from the mound of offal and refuse.  Giant
spiked tentacles and diseased thorns sway and bat at you.  There is an exit
up and a doorway marked with several warding runes below you.
