A thick slime surrounds the walls and drips from what little of a ceiling
is left.  You can see and most likely make your way through the rather large
opening without much trouble, except for the large bat like creatures that
are staring at you.  A thick mucus drips from their one giant eye and burns
a hole in the rock.  There is also an intolerable screeching coming from
either them, or from whatever lies higher in the tower.
