Upon entering a large nest you are reminded of a story told to you by one
of your tribe elders of a large bird which requires a fresh beating human or
demihuman heart to reproduce.  Judging from the torn up body cavities
surrounding the nest, you presume this is the lair of a peryton.  Peryton
eggs are rumored to be rare and valuable from what you hear, as well as
useful to wizards.  Above you in the next section, several translucent
entities swirl around and watch you.
