This room is shaped rather oddly and is quite cramped, there are piles of
rotting garbage everywhere.  The stench is making your stomach churn and
your eyes burn.  There seems to be something large under the piles of trash,
perhaps you should leave this room before it decides to turn you into its
dinner!
