This is a room where the spirits of those whom the gods have granted
another chance at life wait to be reincarnated.  There are several
adventurers here waiting their turn.  If you look closely perhaps you will
see someone you know here.  The sound of gently running water can be heard
when the room is quiet.  
The ghost of a small child is here playing with a ghost puppy.
