This is the general store, the room is a very odd shape with many
corners.  Every corner and wall seems to have something in, against or on it
the items you see here range from trashy looking trinkets to a few usefull
looking things.  The storekeeper looks totally bored, perhaps if he would
spend time restoring some sort of order to his shop he wouldn't have that
problem.
