For some reason this vendor has caught your eye.  He sells several
different kinds of dolls that have a soft magical glow to them.  You wonder
what they are used for, and would ask the man, but he is deaf and you dont
understand sign language.  You consider trying your luck and buying one but
reconsider when you dont want to end up with something you might regret.  
A kender vagrant verbally abuses those who pass by.
