The second floor appears to house the rooms that the king would rather
keep private.  Your ears are assaulted by the screams of children and some
positively unholy cackling.  Down from here is a hallway that leads to the
rest of the castle.  You can also feel a freezing cold draft coming from the
south, you wonder what on earth is up here.
