The smell of sanitation mixed with the smell of dried blood makes you dry
heave a few times before you get used to it.  You are at the entrance to the
castle's infirmary, and standing in front of the receptionist.  She looks at
you, notices that you arent in need of emergency medical treatment, then
returns to filing papers.  The main center for treatment is off to the west.
