A thick black cloud floats over the floor, and takes humanoid shape as
energy waiting to be drained away.  The wraith moves towards you, claws
extended, the sight fills you with absolute terror.  The exits lie to the
north and south, leaving sounds very good to you just now.  

A dark, shadowy, wraith-like figure begins to wrap itself about you.
