You stand on a stone ledge that hangs precariously from the upper
rooftops of the Rune Temple.  If you fight the feeling of vertigo, you can
look down into the streets of Rune far below you and see the townspeople
going about their daily business.  Looking Southward, you can see the Clock
tower and the Rune Pier, beyond is the Ocean.  To the west, you can see the
Rune park, and the Rune graveyard.  To the East, you can see the fields and
forests that surround the city.
