This large room is full of strange runes written on the walls.  On each
of the directions are signs that point to caves.  Each cave has a symbol of
an element beside it.  Howls and screams can be heard coming from down the
halls.  A stairwell leads down into the final level of the dungeon here. 
Very loud screams and intense evil vibrations are coming from below.
